Due to the smaller than expected number of delegates the conference venue have changed from being inside the Kruger National park to the hotel Casa Do Sol in the town of Hazyview just outside of the park. Accommodation during the period of the conference can be booked at registration in the hotel Casa Do Sol. Accommodation has to be booked together with conference registration by printing, filling out and faxing the registration form to the fax number on the form. Only single rooms and twin sharing rooms are available for this option however. The town of Hazyview on the other hand offers several other appealing accommodation options that delegates can book on their own time.
